This morning, Elizabeth and I woke early to join a few other mothers for an early morning breakfast and moms’ meeting.  It was the first moms’ meeting, excluding Lenten Walks and Teas, that our group has had in approximately six years.  I enjoyed meeting Georgiann and another mother for the first time and seeing some friends who I haven’t seen in a year or two.

We laughed and discussed homeschooling, activities, meeting the needs of our boys (this blog post is helpful), “true success”, an online classical education program, and more.  When I turned on my van, I was very surprised to see that it was 10:15.  I quickly ran some errands and headed home.  The first thing that I noticed upon walking through the front door was that my husband and children had cleaned the house.  I look forward to occasionally spending more time with the mothers in our homeschool group, one of whom is extremely funny.
