One of the things that I like about homeschooling is how the little ones take in what the older children are learning. A week or so ago, Kieran was sitting on my lap, as he usually does when I am teaching Elizabeth. I was working with Elizabeth on her religion lesson and asked her, “Who made you?” Before she could respond, Kieran piped up, “God made me.” Those of us sitting around the dining room table were all very surprised to hear him respond so clearly and quickly. I hope that he always embraces the teachings of the Catholic Church. My most ardent prayer for my little boy and his siblings is that they become great saints and bring greater glory to God.
